The Chapped Cheese takes New York's most iconic street sandwich and runs it through the dhaba. We swap the plain ground beef for chapli-style meat — seasoned heavy with coriander, cumin, ginger, green chilies, onions, and tomatoes — then smash it hard on a hot flat top.

Crispy edges. Deep spice. A sandwich that tastes like something your khala would cook and a New York bodega would sell. That's the whole point.
